The lookout
Our largest tent, this geodesic dome sits on a private hilltop between forest and pasture. Offering a stunning valley sunset view and solar electricity, The Lookout provides a perfect blend of amenities and natural beauty. Seasonal sheep herds may graze nearby.

This glamping tent offers a secluded spot where pasture meets forest, featuring a spacious grassy area and mountain sunset views. Solar electricity is provided (limited supply). Seasonal sheep grazing may occur nearby.

Nestled in the forest, Heavens Landing offers a serene retreat for nature immersion. It pairs well with Hilltop Hideaway for larger groups, connected by a private path.

Lenape is a teepee style glamping tent located in a large flat sunny area surrounded by forest. The large grassy area is perfect for guests who want to set up extra camping tents at the site. Lenape is the closest to our Appalachian Trail access.

Our sole primitive campsite, without a glamping tent, offers a traditional camping experience. Unlike typical campgrounds, it's not clustered with other sites. Enjoy easy access to the Appalachian Trail and nearby firewood/water stations.

Campground Rules
Every time you leave camp and before going to sleep, make sure the green garbage container is closed and latched shut. Be careful opening and closing container.
No smoking inside tents, domes, teepees and whatever else comes next.
Do not drive on grass…anywhere.
Please do not have additional guests or parties at the campsite without prior approval. If there are additional guests on the day of check in they will be charged per person to stay at the site.
There is a 6 person maximum for each campsite.
If you are near a site with a fence it is definitely electric. DO NOT TOUCH THE FENCE. This fence surrounds the sheep pastures of lowland farm.
Help keep our woods clean. Leave no trace. Please leave the campsite the way you found it.
No littering or carving trees/ furniture.
Believe it or not, we do have 1 neighbor & noise travels! Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM, no exceptions.
Quiet hour starts at 10PM please switch off the solar lights. The on/off switch is located behind solar panels. Solar lights must be off before bed!
When having a fire please ensure the fire is COMPLETELY out when you head in for the night. Watch for embers traveling! Please DO NOT MOVE FIRE PIT.
NO fires outside of the fire pit and DO NOT throw trash into the fire.
All local fire bans must be respected when enforced.
Feel free to explore the marked paths through the campground, but be safe and stay on trail.
Check out is 11AM. Upon checkout, please latch all garbage in the container and zip up the tent windows and door.
If the tent/site is damaged or gear/ furniture is broken or missing you will be charged a fee.
